Jenni Walker | President

Jenni has more than two decades of public relations and communications experience.

Passionate about sharing her clients’ stories through media relations, digital writing and social media management, she brings a demonstrated history of executing public relations and communications strategies for multiple small businesses and non-profit clients.

Before co-founding Walker PR Group, Jenni honed her industry skills working for leading PR agencies and as public relations director for the California Pharmacists Association. She also managed regional communications for the American Cancer Society before opening up shop in March 2011.

Jenni graduated from the University of California at Davis, where she majored in Rhetoric and Communication and minored in Political Science. She and her husband and business partner, Sander, are the proud parents of two daughters.

 

Sander Walker | Creative Director

Sander spent the first part of his professional career in the broadcasting and communications field. His expansive broadcasting/communications experience includes radio programming, commercial production, copywriting, talent management, public speaking and hosting his own radio morning show for 17 years.

In 2004 he left broadcasting to accept a new challenge in the field of sales training. Then in 2011 fulfilled a longtime dream of entrepreneurship and co-founded Walker PR Group with his wife, Jenni.

He now serves as the company Creative Director excelling in website design and construction, graphic art, writing and video production.

Sander is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a B.S. degree in Human Development and a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work. He is also a cancer survivor, amateur musician and woodworker.
